Employees are expressing challenges in keeping the work and life domains separate from each other which had caused them to face burnout work-life conflicts eventually ended up dissatisfaction, poorer well-being, fatigue, problems daily functions. Thus, instead of managing both as a different entity, it is important for employees realize significance integration (WLI) an effective boundary management strategy manage their resources domains. Moreover, employers should also design workplace with flexible concept can support practice towards determining success entire organization. In words, environment holistic approach recommended solution by this study share interest benefits who meet work, family, personal community obligations. Therefore, article, involvement WLI flexibility influencing employees’ satisfaction productivity organizational commitments were discussed through recent literature reviews suggested conceptual framework study.
